Donovan Nelson, IHI Founder, has lived in Pensacola on and off for over two decades. He and his wife and two children returned to Pensacola in 2012 and have grown a love for the Gulf Coast. Donovan is a family man and understands the importance of buying a home you can feel confident in not just for your sake, but for your children.
Donovan completed 120 hours of professional training through Inspection Certifcation Associaties (ICA) and is licensed in the state of Florida through InterNACHI.
For over 8 years Donovan has worked for a major home improvement retailer where he has gleaned insight into the construction of a home and the integrity of each element that goes into making a home excellent. He has spent years in construction and has helped in the building process of several large homes.
Donovan’s unique experience and special training give him an edge on spotting even the smallest of issues that can compromise the over all integrity of the home. He is committed to providing the best representation of the home upon completion of the inspection so you can have peace of mind before buying, or selling, your property.
